Barbera d'Alba La Bettola D.O.C.


The Barbera d'Alba Bettola is a fresh , interesting and full-body wine
It is imbottled in late spring or beginning of september and it pass his life in 25-30 hectolitre stainless steel barrels.

This wine reaches its best after one year when it has a full taste and a touch of acidity.

Grapes: Barbera 100%
Sistema Allevamento :
Guyot classico.

Colour: ruby red very vivid, with garnet reflections
Smell:
intense and persistent, vinous, fruity,reminiscent of ripe vfruit and peach-almonds.
Taste:
dry, fresh, reasonably full-bodies but velvety
Alcohol content:
minimum 12% volume
Ageing:
in the better years,it is perfect for ageing.
How to serve it: 16-18 C°
Better with:
cooked salted meats, boiled meats, game, strong cheese.

Barbera 100%

SOIL : Argillo calcareo sub alcalino
KG/HA: 10.000 KG. Ha max per legge
RESA IN VINO: 70 hl /ha
RESA EFFETTIVA : 50 - 55 hl/ha
HARVEST: Manual at third week of september
FERMENTATION: 8-10 gg and 4-6 rimix each day
TEMPERATUR: 25-30 C°
IMBOTTELMENT: minimum 2 months befor to start the commercialization
