Rosso |
By 1999 we diceded to produce this ROSSO, an approachable-while-young wine mixing 80% Nebbiolo and 20% Barbera.
Barbera is a versatile grape, frequently used for blending because it can throw structure into a lighter wine and yet give softness to one that was overly tannic.
The acidity of Barbera complements the tannins of Nebbiolo |
